The Business System Report (BSR) module is the means which corrective and preventive action is documented and tracked. The BSR is an integral part of tracking the organization's activity as it relates to the following activities; Corrective Action, Continuous Improvement Customer Complaints, Customer Error, Employee Concern, Employee Suggestion, Historical Record, Internal Audit, Preventive Action, Procedural Change, and Supplier Accuracy. Each record is available for follow-up and tracking as necessary.
